I’ve decided that today I’m going to be beautiful. I’ve decided that beautiful is not synonymous with “thin,” “small thighs,” or “flat tummy.” As long as I believe that it is, I can’t be beautiful– and that’s not okay with me today.
I’m not a model; I’m a mom. My body will never be the same as it was. I’m not thin, I don’t have small thighs, and my tummy still tells the story of the amazing little creature that grew inside of me. But that’s beautiful. Today I’m beautiful.
In Love and Christ,
